Lemon Verbena  is used to impart a lemony flavor to culinary and pastry preparations.

Lemon Verbena’s herbal tea is traditionally used to treat mild digestive problems such as bloating and flatulence, to relieve mild symptoms of mental stress as well as sleep aid. Consuming it as a decoction is used for muscle spasms, menstrual cramps, fever, fat elimination as well as diuretic.

Ingredients:  organic Lemon Verbena leaves.

Use instructions: As a condiment for fish, poultry, sauces and vegetable puddings, yurts and jams.

Herbal tea preparation:  Add 1gr of organic Lemon Verbena to 250ml hot water (at 95C˚) and steep covered for 5-7 minutes, strain, optionally add sweetener. Enjoy hot or cold.
